Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Carizmo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Carizmo provides on-demand and subscription-based mobile car wash services. Our professional cleaners come to your location to wash and detail your vehicle according to your selected service package.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans

Our subscription services are subject to the following terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
• Subscriptions can be paused for up to 2 weeks per month
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Unused washes do not roll over to the next month

5. Service Scheduling

When scheduling services:

• Services are available during our standard operating hours (9 PM - 5 AM)
• You must ensure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service
• Late cancellations may result in a service being counted against your subscription

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to subscribers.

7. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied with a wash, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-wash at no additional cost. Claims for damage must be reported immediately upon discovery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Carizmo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and location information
• Remove valuable items from your vehicle before service
• Ensure safe access to your vehicle for our cleaners
• Report any issues or concerns promptly
• Treat our service professionals with respect

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any conduct we deem harmful to our business or other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or app notification.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
