How to request account deletion
To delete your Carizmo account, send an email to our support team with your deletion request.
Send your request to
support@carizmo.appInclude in your email
- Your registered phone number
- Your registered email address (if any)
What happens next
Your account and all associated data — including your profile, vehicles, addresses, wash history, and payment records — will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your request.
This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. Any active subscriptions should be cancelled before requesting deletion.
